Be Present Today

After experiencing a weekend that was both historical and an emotional rollercoaster, I found myself needing to be more present with my family and with myself. Make sure that while you are checking in on others that you check in on yourself.

Just Breathe

Inhale for 4 seconds

Exhale for 3 seconds 

Inhale for 2 seconds 

Just Be 🧘🏽‍♀️ 🧘🏾‍♂️
